Function of Vacuum Tray Dryer

Used mainly for drying of high grade, temperature and oxygen sensitive products. Highly suitable for drying hygroscopic substances, which are dried to very low residual moisture, content level. Frequently vacuum drying cabinets are the sole possibility for drying lumpy and glutinous products. Capacity of Vacuum tray dryer is 6 up to 96 trays.

Salient Features of Vacuum Tray Dryer :-

Bodies may be of cylindrical or rectangular cross section. Both shelves and body are heated with controlled circulation of hot water, steam fluid. Vacuum is drawn through large diameter ducts to minimize pressure drops and produce minimum working pressures. Both rotary and static dryers can be supplied with the following Optional ancillaries :

Heater system for either pressurized hot water.
Cyclones and sleeve filters for powder recovery.
Solvent recovery system with condenser and receiver; vacuum pump and ancillaries:
characteristics and dimensions depending on the drying processes.

On completion of the drying, the product can be cooled by circulating of cooling water through the heating plates. Often vacuum drying cabinets are supplied to new, small production operations in newly opened markets. It could be worthwhile to replace the cabinets through continuous vacuum belt type dryers.

Multi Column Distillation Plant :-

Multi column distillation plants are used in pharmaceutical industry to separate or extract individual substances from liquid mixtures by partial vaporization and subsequent condensation; this is possible because of the distinction in volatility of each individual liquid.
Columns form the core of any distillation plant, which can further be adapted to different applications by changing the design of the column internal. This pharmaceutical machinery can be used to produce clear and distilled water for injections.

Pure Steam Generator

Operating Principle Of Pure Steam Generator

Feed water is pumped through a pre-heater into the separation column and circulates into the evaporation column. Plant steam is used to boil the feed water in the evaporation column to produce pure steam. The pure steam travels into the upper region of the separation column via a number of directional and velocity changes and finally through a demister device, to remove entrained moisture.

Pressure Vessel :-

Sterile Vessel :-

Sterile Vessel is made as per international standards to manufacture sterile solutions. This is a completely closed vessel with agitator mounted on top dome. The vessel will be available with different accessories for different applications i.e. standard stirrer or magnetic stirrer or as required by the customers.

CIP System

Clean-in-place CIP system can clean appropriately designed process equipment and interconnecting piping without disassembly or reconfiguration.

Basic Concepts :-

CIP System uses chemical cleaning solutions to remove product soils from plant processing equipment. Successful CIP operations require careful control of these cleaning solutions, using time, temperature, chemical concentration, and mechanical action to achieve satisfactory performance on a repeatable basis.

A functioning cleanable process uses a CIP unit, generally skidded equipment, designed to accomplish the make-up and delivery of the cleaning solutions. The skid normally includes instrumentation, a PLC, HMI, and ancillary equipment necessary to ensure proper control, monitoring, and documentation of the cleaning process. This can be interfaced with asset management programs.

Steam Sterilizer

Sterilizers are suitable for Hospitals, clinics, Laboratory etc. They are designed for safe and efficient sterilization of various items such as wrapped or unwrapped goods, instruments and utensils etc.

Doors of Steam Sterilizer :-

The Sterilizer is supplied with single door or double doors made of 304/316 – S .S. The door has provision, which prevents opening of door when the chamber is under pressure.

Fittings and Piping, Multi-port main operating valve
To control from one point various phases of entire sterilization Cycle.
To prevent the choking of the discharge line with solids; it is easily removable for regular cleaning.
A thermostatic steam trap/air vent. Fitted in chamber discharge line for automatic removal of air and chamber condensate intermittently.
S.S. Perforated bottom shelf. In chamber, to avoid the load from coming in contact with condensate.
S.S. Baffle Plate.
Fitted in the chamber in front of the steam inlet for proper distribution of steam in the chamber and to avoid the entering steam from directly hitting onto the load.
Powerful Ejector. For creating partial vacuum in chamber.
Having a corrosive-resistant filter to admit only dry filtered hot air into the chamber.
Vacuum Breaker. Fitted to jacket to prevent possible buckling of jacket because of accidental vacuum created due to abnormal condensation of steam.
